Terrible Stay

Rooms and bedsheets are not good and bad smell. Sofa also not good. we can not use kitchen here. Mid night small people are making non sense near that room. lot mosquie inside the all rooms. I paid per night. it's not comfortable. I am not suggesting for any family members to this rooms.

It was good at location but like we are not enjoying it the owner is not supportive it's mostly for family people if you are going with friends then it's boring

familyDoors and cupboards were not in good condition. Some of the knobs were broken. Further the service was good when there was no electricity they provided with hot water.

The stay was soo comfortable and great service by suman stays staff. Most important thing is hot water is available 24/7. Staff is soo nice, they provide all necessary item you might need in your room.

Terrible Stay

Room rate should not be more than 1500 per night. No shower at bathroom. No hot water mixer as well. Dirty linens. Not sure how mm t listed this property at such high rate without verification. Not at all suggested for family. Pathetic stay.

We had stayed in sumana, the stay was extremely good and pleasant one from the busy life their hospitality in keeping rooms, providing good service at any time encourages us to be remembered. We stayed at sumana stays resembles a home away from the home town. The energetic and professional way of giving services for the needs and wants of us were done by the staffs were highly appreciated. Their hospitality level was awesome and also the dishes provided as per our request for meal options were highly appreciated with full taste buds especially they have multiple properties in ooty were welcomes families and married ones is their trademark. Over all we enjoyed our stay there also as it's near to easily accessible to all tourist destinations. Will be referred to all my connections to stay there also on our next trips to ooty in the future.
