I booked it in 1700 but the condition is poor. No ac working, very bad washroom, powercut in goa. Please avoid it.

The place was good but they did scam with us and shifted us to other room which was very dirty but then we told them to shift us in exact room which we have booked.

Guest house was clean, spacious, hardly 80m from main road, it's behind decathlon, calangute beach and most of the restaurants walkable distance, can rent a bike and book water sports bathroom were neat & clean, overall good value for money. We enjoyed staying here.

3. Rooms: 1. Ac is there. But the ac is far from the bed. And it takes time to make the room cold. 2. Bathroom leakage is there. 3. The room was fully cleaned when served. 4. Wifi is on and off. But when the internet is there i can browse well. Speed is good. 5. Too much problem with the latches. Service: 1. The helpdesk guy(bikash) is really good and soft-spoken. 2. Bikash helped whenever i called him. Commute: 1. Near calangute, baga beaches. 2. Local shops are very reachable. 3. Medical shops are nearby. 4. Just opposite decathlon is where u can get anything. 5. A small mall is also there and it is walkable. Nearby restaurants: 1. The only best restaurant is st. Antony restaurant. It is 500 mts away i guess. I had goan fish thali which was good. 2. Other restaurants charge too much and i didn't get good food. We tried most of the possible restaurants.

Perfect stay

It was good experience to stay. Our check in time is 11 am, but we arrived at 7 am the host is very cooperative and well-behaved. Room was clean. Perfect stay near the beach.

The property was easily accessible. The staffs were very polite and courteous. Only there was a lack of communication because of the language barrier. They have helped a lot. Overall it was a value for money stay. The property is highly recommended to others.
