The hotel refused to give me a GST invoice or let alone an invoice during check out. They told me I'd receive it by e-mail soon after checkout , but it's been over a week and I have not received any GST invoice from them. I had even e-mailed the hotel regarding my grievance later, but did not even receive an acknowledgement mail for the same. Kindly look into the matter.

Good hotel with supportive staffs, from reception to room service everything was good. Special thanks to Mr Buddhi Prakash who was at the restaurant of the hotel “The Tiger Trail’ they had customised food for my 2 year old baby and supported in every possible way. Property is lush and lavish.Got a clean and well maintained room near Orchid three.Hotel has a large garden and a beautiful and tidy pool.We opted for boarding with a meal and breakfast.Both of them had a sufficient, sumptuous and tasty spread.Would love to book with them again.

Location : Decent, Food : Skipped, Amenities : Let’s not go there, boils my blood, Service : go back to school. Firstly, the property is under renovations, which should be mentioned on the booking portal. I spent the entire night switching the air conditioning on, because the electricity trips so often, and AC has to be manually switched on again and again and again.... There is a non functional locker in the room. The lights keep on switching on and off by themselves, the fan either works on sped 1 or speed 10. The housekeeping is non existing. The rooms are damp, hit and humid.

A few minor improvements could make the experience even better, but overall I was satisfied and would recommend this place.” I would like to mention about Food which was excellent, however a bit expensive. More amenities could be provided in the room and more prompt Housekeeping. Rooms should be more upkeep

Room needs an upgrade, AC broke down twice and finally we had to change room, room soft key was not working and they provided us the hard key, one of the morning buffet was not set up and they gave us alacarte option

The stay was amazing and the food was really good. The staff were very hospitable. My only feedback is to put better photos of the property online. It is nothing like it is shown in the picture. Honestly the rooms are new and classy and outdoors are beautiful.
