Regenta Jungle Resort Kabini Springs

It was an average experience. The common restroom was not very well maintained. The food was decent nothing great though.

The property is well-maintained, and the staff is well-behaved. I would recommend this place. Only demirt is the route leading to the resort especially if someone is coming from nagarhole entry gate side. The final 25 to 30 km road is really very bad, it's better to come via mysore-kutta road

We recently stayed at Regenta Jungle Resort in Kabini, and while the experience had its highs, it also came with a few literal bumps. The resort itself is absolutely stunning nestled right next to the serene Kabini River, it offers a peaceful escape into nature. The lush greenery, spacious layout, and tranquil vibes make it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind. Waking up to the sound of birds and the view of the river was truly magical. The food was a highlight delicious, varied, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was the local flavors or continental options, everything was top-notch. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. Now for the downside: the road leading to the resort is in terrible condition. It's a long, uneven stretch filled with potholes and loose gravel, and unfortunately, it's the same route used for jungle safari pickups. The drive was so rough it genuinely hurt our backs and made us dread every outing.

If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from Regenta Kabini Springs. My stay was a nightmare from start to finish. 1. Impossible to Reach: Getting anyone to answer the phone before our stay was a struggle. Multiple calls went unanswered—basic communication is a disaster here. 2. The Manager – Rude and Unhelpful: Mr. Eeresh, the manager, is the least accommodating person I’ve met in hospitality. He refused every reasonable request, from providing smaller birthday cakes (even when I offered to pay) to denying packed breakfast for our early safari, despite repeated reminders. Only when I begged the chef did we get food—bad food, but at least we didn’t go hungry. The manager was never available, always “coming in 5 minutes” but never showing up, and treated us like a nuisance throughout our stay. 3. Poor Service and Facilities: Staff are poorly trained; every request had to be made multiple times. My toddler had to cry herself to sleep waiting for milk. Rooms and bathrooms stink, hot water is rarely available, and power cuts happen 10-15 times a day. No kettle in the room despite being listed, and the balcony was filthy. 4. Overpriced Safari and Stay: The resort charges ₹3,000 per person for a safari, which is just a drop-off at the government gate (actual safari costs ₹1,000). The rest is just an overpriced taxi ride. I booked directly with the government and had a much better, cheaper experience. For the service and facilities, even half the price would be too much. 5. Only Good Part – Activities: Pottery, pool, indoor games, and the village visit were enjoyable, but they don’t make up for the rest.

Our stay at the property was truly memorable. Nestled deep in the forest on the border of Kerala and Karnataka, the location was simply breathtaking. The serene flow of the Kabini River right behind the property added a magical charm to the experience. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool, cozy campfire evenings, and the well-maintained kids' play area. A perfect getaway for nature lovers and families.

Location - Its kind of okay, this is inside the forest, the last 20km ride was rough because of the road conditions & it took 1 hour Food - Food was decent Amenities - nothing much, its not a big resort Services - Not good. There was a power cut & they took a lot of time to fix this. There was no power for 2/3 hours and due to this even dinner got delayed. Even in general when we were going for breakfast or lunch there were no plates or cups. we have to keep telling them , please provide cups and plates. Worst thing they levied service charges , not sure if that is right given the poor quality of services they provided. ** There were cockroaches in the mini bar inside the room. This is not acceptable at all**

Out of my last 10 trips it was worst had suffered multiple power cuts and Wi-Fi issues food was average as well was expecting better

To begin with ..first impression is the last impression. The road to resort is horrible..it's narrow ,full of potholes and long.So last 20km you are dealing with this road and that makes you tired and dull. After such journey when you reach you expect a out of the world scene - but nothing of that sort .It's a big resort with games etc but nothing to surprise you. I had high expectations on breakfast buffet ..but it's below par at Radisson standards. There were literally fruit flies all over fruits . Rooms are good ..but it's only worth the money you pay.. suggest to choose a resort a bit before so that u don't meet long potholes road and there is nothing that you will miss.

The rooms are average. Plumbing in bathroom doesn’t work as expected and rooms (specially bathroom) showing lot of ageing. Breakfast is below average as well.

location is a little far from JLR n other properties.. it's in kerala almost. the approach road through Nagarhole forest is very bad.. but they are repairing the road currently.. so hopefully this is fixed. property is decent.. food is good.. not a huge spread and their desserts suck. not much variety in desserts. Rooms etc were good.. although our riverview room could hardly be called that.

We had a very comfortable stay at Regenta Kabini. The staff was very courteous and they catered to all our needs. For example I am traveling with a toddler and was provided with warm milk whenever needed. The resort is huge and you get many additional perks with your stay like nature walks, pottery classes, bonfire and tribal dance etc which make your stay memorable. The only downside I would stay is the distance from the Jungle Safari start point. You spend approx 3 hours just commuting to and fro.

Stay is average for the whopping price you charged. Privacy is worst as house keeping barges into the room when the guests are not there. Inspite of telling room service not required , they waited till we leave out of the room and they barged in. Food is average but their ultra high prices

Had an excellent stay at Regenta!!! Staff was extra caring ,loved their hospitality..special thanks to Chef Malay for delicious food @every meal ..rooms were spacious cosy and well designed …land safari and river safari both were an amazing experience!!!

I recently stayed at Ressort and had mixed feelings about my experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained facilities and a pleasant ambiance. However, the location leaves much to be desired. There is a significant lack of privacy, and the sound pollution made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. While the food was good and offered a variety of options, the power situation was quite disappointing. There was no instant power backup during the night, which disrupted my sleep, and the backup in the morning took about 15 minutes to kick in. This was frustrating and affected my overall experience. In summary, while Ressort has its charm and good food, the location and power issues detracted from what could have been a wonderful getaway.

Quality of the rooms , the service of the staff, the food , the ambience and atmosphere everything were perfect. Amenities inside the resort were great. The staffs were cooperative and really helpful. We had a great stay at Regenta Kabini.
