Property is nice, located near the market yet peaceful and green. Taste of the food is also good. We enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner there but what is lacking is the welcoming behavior of staff. Staff is not at all guest friendly. First, they denied the balcony room even when it was available. For smaller requests like a chair and table outside the room, they told us they can't. We faced many issues like this. They didn't even send someone to pick the luggage at the time of checkout. I won't recommend this to anyone looking for good hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay at Paradise Villa and Resort! The entire property is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The staff were prompt, polite, and always supportive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout our stay. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and added to the overall pleasant experience. Resort property is very spacious, clean and beautiful. Rooms are also very maintained and clean. Staff is very polite and helpful. Service is excellent. Resort is in the market and Kihim beach is just an 2 KM drive. Highly recommend for Couples and Families.

Paradise resort and villa is a quite place with very good ambience. Staffs are friendly and the location is very much near to alibaug jetty. Even though the stay is pleasant, their amenties are not upto the mark. No fridge available in the rooms. No complementary beverages( tea/coffee) available in room. Food taste is not upto the mark but their pricing is reasonable. Restaurant is not worth going. Swimming pool is decent. Overall good stay.

familyWe did not get 24 hours room access and we had to sit outside the next day. This is not the way you treat your guests. Also no one occupied that room till we left the resort. Will not recommend such people to others. They could have given us room access till 04 the next day since we reached there at 07:00 pm. Sorry not a good way to treat your guests.
