Master Farm Resort

1. No Proper Room Details provided by manager hence confusion in room selection. finally room was allotted but after 20 minutes of check in, manager again asked to change the room by saying it was family room & huge extra charges to be paid. So we re managed in new small room. 2. Washroom was extremely dirty & smelling. Most taps were able to dispense hot water but normal/cold water unavailable even after complaining many times. 3. Food Was Good & rest staff behaviour was also ok 4. Again at time of check out, extra money was asked even for smaller room & No Bills/Invoice provided for extra Mattress charges & room service food.

It's an excellent location but lacks good service. I had to go to reception to ask for each and everything. I would like to tell you genuinely that they don't care about mm t bookings. I have shared feedback with them. They didn't even say that we will improve our services. They replied that we do get bookings every day for parties. Mm t bookings are not on priority. Do you think rs. 2500 is not good amount for 1 night stay ? it was really unexpected.

Even water for sanitisation not available

That hotel Around nature is good but at that time we rich there was no water and ac is not working and not much cleanliness as we Apescted

The tree house was very nice. Very cozy in winters. Just the problem of water. Overall we had a good stay.

Nice staff with sports zone. Really liked this place and recommending others too.
Perfect location with nice view.

Location is Zirakpur about half an hour from Chandigarh. It's on the highway so gets a little dark after sunset around. The staff is polite and the manager is quite responsive. A little more efforts are required in keeping the geyser ready and water supply running.
The room was cosy and clean. Little services can be increased to make the stay more comfortable.

Location was nice. No disturbance at all. Loved the stay.
No dental kit was included with the room. That's not fine. It must be included.

The stay was OK but only after I decorated the room myself it was not clean plus they tried to enter the room even after we said we are going out.
There was an intrusion in our room when we were out and also water was not clean.

I have good experience while staying in V resorts.

We enjoyed the stay. Couldn’t enjoy the food but yes the coffee was nice and the staff was also welcoming. Would definitely like to visit again.
I really liked the concept of tree houses. The rooms were really nicely maintained. but I would suggest them to maintain the surrounding.

Service is very poor. The food quality is bad and smelly room. Everyone don't stay here. It's my bad experience of life.
