Room facilities are okay, but they provide little bit different type of room not as like shown in app. Otherwise other things are good, like room is clean.

I had a booking from yesterday, but I arrived this morning. Only by 11 o’clock. People started calling. When are you checking out and all that it was such an irritating more than that. It was so terrible rooms were not clean. No AC properly working restroom were not so good, not at all good.

My stay in your hotel was very comfortable. I found the staffs are very helpful. They have guided me properly for availing transportation services. It could save lots of money. Secondly, the behaviour of staff are very good. Thirdly, meals were tasty. Responses were prompt. Specially, I found, the Mr Pawan Kumar gave me very good service. I will surely recommend your hotel to my colleagues and will stay in your hotel, if need arises in future.

door lock not working even booking 5 days prior same was not addressed room was not changed even asked Manny times fridge out of order , when asked cold water they given bottles which were also not cold and later at the time of checkout they charged for the water...

Good rooms and good service. All the staffs were very helpful. Breakfast was also good. Very useful for single person to stay for official work.

The stay was good. The room was clean. Everything was a call away. Food and water was provided on time after ordering. However they don't have hot water for the bathroom. When we asked they said you will have to let go some initial water to get perfect hot water but that didn't happen. In a city like Delhi, where it's cold in the morning, they should provide hot water.

Right off the bat, the staff was pretty arrogant right from the time we checked in till we checked out. The room was absolutely a ruckus in th name of hygiene. And icing on the cake, no hot water for 2/3 days in our stay. Please recheck the reviews twice before you believe anything about this property. 0/10 in all regards.

Yes i can share. Very small property, small room size, small bath and wash room, not personal kitchen, not facilities for morning tea and coffee metirials, bathroom materials like theekh brush etc,

The room was pathetic. The mattress provided was the most uncomfortable mattress to sleep. The mattress springs were broken. No drinking water was provided. Toilet was not clean as well. The room size was also too small for two person to stay.
