Terrible Stay

I was denied check-ins . The hotel manager asked me to cancel the booking and check in with cash payment. After 1 and half hour of trouble and struggle MMT booked an alternate hotel 3 km away from the place. The MMT employee never listened to my request to cancel the booking and spoiled my important 90 mins. The hussle was terrible.
