Hotel charged me the extra price of 1000 initially they denied to give the room

Worst stay no power though out the night they charged me additional amount to get confirmation really not a good option to stay. I don’t take any pics

no food even I paid it will booking. later refund some amount. no tv, kept promising for next 3 day that it will be done today. absolutely nonsense behavior of staff. will start shouting on you if you ask anything. hotel was under renovation and gave me room that under renovation. at the end repair worker came in my room before check out time asking when are you going to leave.

Worst room maintenance and there is no response from host whenever required any kind of help and at the lobby one dig is roaming for security

when I entered the room, there was no flushing in the washroom, a dirty bedsheet, and no cleaning on the floor. also there was no kitchen available for breakfast and any other requirement, even drinking water is not available

The hotel stay experience was not at all good for us. They charged for ac room with breakfast included but we got non ac room and no breakfast. When we asked for it they told they dont have kitchen so they can’t provide breakfast. Room was very dirty, pillows were stinky, sofa had black dirt stains all over. Cockroaches were there in room and cupboards. One broken table was there with only legs. So we didn’t know where to keep our things. They didn’t provide towel in the 1st day, we asked multiple times then 2nd day they gave us towel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very very bad behaviour and they did not provide roooms, and fight-ed with us, please take action against them

Ac was not working and no complimentary breakfast as notified when the booking was done. Anyway i force-closed my stay plan for a week to 2 days and vacated the room.

The ac was not working in that hotel, when i asked for a room to change the guy was like ac's are not working in any room and i paid for the ac room. I booked a different hotel and checked out from their

I have paid full payment for my stay, through make my trip, but once we reached their, they 500 charged again

As we already booked in the app but they have demanded us for extra money saying that our payment was still pending u need to pay like that and the ac is not working

Worst stay ever. The reception staff is not friendly, won't fix the issues at hotel. They will lie to you. Hotel is in bad shape, not maintained at all. Cockroach around in rooms. Ac doesn't work in room. Staff is rude. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

The quality is bad and acs not working properly, and even after informing reception about acs, 05 times no one bothered. Pathetic hospitality, no mineral water available at hotel, bathrooms are dirty.

Breakfast was not served, upon asking they said it's not available, room was terrible, bed was crooked and one leg was missing. Cleanliness is negative.

Room quality is not good.. Broken door.. Lock 🔒 is not working in almirah.. Housekeeping staffs are good.

After reaching the property , they demanded extra charges I had no chance to go back due to work, so I had to pay extra and stay.

No water dispenser on floors. Washroom exhaust not working. No cover on toilet seat. Intercom not working. Outside food not allowed
