Hotel O Balaji Palace

Actually the owner of our booked property sent us to a different hotel. And there was nothing good and also we got a room which is not at all clean and even worse we found a toilet room with a used condom. Please make sure these people. This made me total disappointed with the make my trip app. Which is a booked room by paying more money and trust in this app

The room is also really remarkable, and the bathroom is very wonderful. I love this site, and you will too.

I can’t believe that i did not consult any tours and travels for the booking of my hotel. I did it myself, yet i got good price and convenient services.

Staying is good. There is only one problem. The problem is the only transportation. Staff behaviour is good.

1) auto/ cab no body knows address of this hotel no proper board of location 2) ac not working 3) washroom not clean

Leakage of ac water in the room. Toilet flush tub leakage. Fan notice, gps tracker taken 500 mtr away to some other house. They changed the room but their bad was supported by bricks. Collapsed during sleeping.

They said that we can't give you a room and to go back, we had to find a room in the middle of the night

Worst hotel nothing ambience staff also bad behaviour leakage ac washroom in bad condition i have booked my room with confirmation but hotel staff say no room available this very terrible. Then i complain than he get room

the hotel was not up to mark and they charged me again 500₹ . I will be calling customer care for the same. I went with my mom who is senior citizen ,since the location was not accessible, no transport availability , i could not change the hotel when they asked me more money.restrooms and bed not clean , bedsheet was not cleaned.

Please find the attached photos which clearly showcase pathetic conditions of our rooms. Issues were highlighted to owner: - geyser not working - dirty bathroom - wash basin pipe outlet coming on to feet - blockage of bathroom outlets - overflowing water into rooms - unclean bedsheets - dirty walls - no ventilation after following up with hotel for multiple times still no support. We changed rooms twice still same issues in every room. Please initiate a full refund for my booking as i was forced to move out and look for many hours with luggage and wander in the streets for better accomodation. Expecting and prompt and effective resolution.

Very poor washroom like public toilets, geyser not working, water comes out regularly from geyser and geyser electric switch button, very dirty room. I'm not happy
