Poor service and commitment

I booked rooms for three days but when i visit the hotel they said me that we can't serve you more than 12 hours. And secondly we paid but they said pay us cash and charge me 1000 per room

Ok. 1st the hotel guy denied check in, then he asked me to pay extra amount so that the price become 1k. The room was very small, not hygienic, not cleaned properly, there's some renovation work going on so the entire properly is not clean. There's no winfow in the rooms. *window. The bed was too small for 2 people, there's no table nothing

I have paid all the amount still they asked me to pay extra by telling that payments are not applicable and have to pay extra. In mid night there was no choice except doing extra payment. I strictly recommend the customer don't book this hotel else they ll' charge more without any facilities and untidy rooms that was very frustrating experience of mine

Not recommended

They shown different pictures of room and after booking when i reached there they provided a tiny room and asked me if i want bigger room i have to pay them extra in cash so they were fraud, place was under construction so working noises were very disturbing, location was terribly poor, no proper parking. It was a horrible stay for me.
Nothing much to say about the place, it was not a good experience for me.

Great price average experience

The Hotel is located a bit inside in the colony. The room and facilities aren't the best and the food wasn't good either. I'd have given a higher rating just for the price but recently have experienced staying in a well maintained Hotel at a similar price in Bangalore. Considering this is Nagpur I expected the place to be better

I thought that i had booked a normal hotel but the hotel was completely in noisy and dirty area, the staff asked me to order food from its restaurant, not from outside what is that a dictatorship, it was bad stay from me outside ever.

I got the room at low price. There is no washbasin. Space is bare minimum. No towels. No carpet outside bathroom. Location mentioned is wrong. Have to go through a small gully from the right side of Taj Bagh.
