The property is in a very good location. There are clothing stores and restaurants close by. There is a Murugan's Idli within a 5 minute walk of the hotel. The hotel has good amenities including a desk with a chair in the room along with a comfortable bed, a couch and air conditioning. There is also a TV with good sound volume. There are complimentary water bottles provided upon arrival. The spacious shower has good temperature control with hot water as well as a bucket which makes laundry easier. Downstairs at reception there is the option to buy large water bottles for 30 rupees. The reception staff are lovely and accommodating. Towels are changed upon request.

Hotel is in good area, in road, also near market and food bazar, very near to bus stop, overall area is good

Location is good if someone wants to stay near shopping area. The hotel is not having in-house restaurant but many eateries nearby. Room was neat and clean. Should have provided arrangements for making tea/coffee at room, difficult for tea addicts.

Hi. My stay at hotel nachiappa park, chennai was excellent. The staff called me to check my late check in and allotted me a clean, hygienic and comfortable room with all basic amenities. The staff, especially the room boy was very courteous, understanding and helpful in all aspects. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers to chennai. Ok and satisfied. We stayed for just 8 hours only. Not much of experience. Location not as usual. Under construction is the flyover nearby.

Room was dusty, and not hygiene, ac was not that cool, ventilation was not good

The location is close by is the only advantage. Remaining all regarding maintenance, service all poor! i did mentioned not to smoke free room. Though they have it they indeed tried allocating rooms which was full with cigar smoke and i did have to keep moving between different rooms instead of doing it in the first go! they didn’t handover everything like keys, tvremote and i turn checking with me as if handed!

Stay was ok, but the property did not allow me half an hour for a change over. I did vacate the room at 6. 30 am next day morning and after repeated request they gave me a wash room type of room where even there is no water

No towel was there. No restaurant for any breakfast. No coffee pot or any toiletries in room. The previous occupants clothes were lying inside the cupboard.

Nice stay. We stayed for a night. Room was small but worth for the price. Staff was ok. .
