very good experience , best hotel and best service

food as pathetic. room was okay. terms mentioned smoking room but it was no smoking sign inside room.

Very bad experience in this hotel rules his owns rules hotel LA is not in india his out of the world his rules is different like another hotels and servies is very very very poor for anything 3 to 4 times call for services

The staff was helpful and cordial and the place is neat and clean and also good choice for breakfast.

We opted for a suite as we weren’t sure about this hotel, room was spacious but old, bathroom smelt no one had clean it for ages, we complained about it and left for a wedding but to our surprise no one came to clean it. We got charged 500 rs per bottle of we wanted to take the bottle to the room after requesting several times the guy didn’t budge, it was me my husband and my mother we were not going to make any nuisance, very unprofessional hotel, good for may be wedding groups as we couldn’t even sleep because of the loud music from downstairs wedding even after -12 am, please save your money and sanity and don’t book this hotel

Overall experience of stay is very good. Good courteous staff along with good services. Food is good and breakfast spread is good.

Pillow cover either not pressed properly or just not changed/ used pillow cover. Didn't complained, i was too tired after an early morning flight to complain. Visitor/ Sharer of my room harassed to come down to reception and sign Reg Card, Receptionist refused to pull ID proof from historical stay barely few months ago. Sent security team to argue and force, kept giving vague reasonings. It was quite clear that the concerned receptionist was on his ego trip, leave aside being empathetic, having guest focussed approach etc. Front Office team really need to treat guests like guests instead of bossing around. Humbleness is missing from everyone in FO except to some extent the lady who checked me in, the only saving grace in Hotel LA. Restaurant staff and HK staff are still compassionate and better than rest. Hotel LA is not 5 star/ Luxury hotel, not allowing Auto's to come inside is quite strange, help from guard for luggage was appreciated even though i did not ask for any help. Staff on rooftop, Poolside was also good.

the staff is excellent and very hospitable and helpful too. Food here is great a little bit expensive but no compromise in taste and hygiene. I continuously visit here and every time the experience is top notch.

We had a comfortable stay here - Rooms are clean and big but the door locks need to be changed as they are not working fewer times - Breakfast spread is good with 7-8 items available - Staffs were polite and helpful - 24*7 food and other services are available - Good and healthy munchies are available in the rooms with reasonable price

This hotel is a good example of good property, but bad / poor management / rules. I really like the room, cleanliness and breakfast. But every time I stayed here one or other problem with staff. This hotel asks for security deposit of 3000. Even if you are paying by Credit card they will refund it as Cash only. They do not have option to reverse charge or credit card. This causes nightmare for official travellers like me. Based on front desk staff's mood you can opt out of security deposit. This time I was unlucky had to put up a struggle to opt out and I was allowed to room 10 minutes after issuing me a key as I opted out of security deposit and after me promising that I will not order anything from their restaurant.. I keep going back to this hotel just because of their comfortable rooms and because the hotels which I like are sold out. Hoping they will do some corrections in staff behaviour and rules after this comment

you hidden costs by the end of your stay to give you nothing by the end of it. Even charge you if you dirty their sheets. THAT is their responsibility to clean. Wont let your cab come to the hotel gate, you would have to walk. 85rs for a 20rs bisleri bottle, when I specifically asked for free water. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE 85RS FOR A BISLERI BOTTLE?? its a SCAM, do NOT go.

My stay was not good at all in this hotel as ac was not working in room at the end after two three hours i upgraded my room to temptation suit only in that category of room ac was working fine they charge me extra for upgradation still we were managing in the hotel for whole of the time next time i will book my hotel very wisely but this hotel is not worth for 8200 for single night

I had a wonderful stay! The property is well-located, making travel very convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The food was delicious with good variety. Facilities like Wi-Fi, parking, and housekeeping were well-maintained. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to others.

Service of hotel La is very bad. Food quality is not good. They charge 1500 rs for early check in and 500 for liquor charges. Very disappointing service.
