Terrible Stay

We reached the hotel at 3:00 p.m., but even at that time our room was not ready. I had already called from the airport around 12 noon to inform them of our arrival at 3:00 p.m. and requested that the room be ready since I was very tired. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When we finally got the room, the experience was disappointing. The bed and mattress were old, uncomfortable, and squeaky. The bathroom door was jammed, which made it difficult to use. After requesting a change, the staff was kind enough to shift us to another room. However, the new room was also not up to standard. The air conditioning was weak, the sliding shower door was not functioning properly, and the power sockets were very old and loose, making it difficult to charge our phones as the chargers kept slipping out. Even simple requests were delayed. For example, when we asked for a menu card, it took over an hour and a half to receive one. Overall, the experience was far below expectations, and I would not consider staying at this property again.

familyPathetic services and staff was not trained. Our check in was 2 o clock we were 1 and hour late still they took more than half our to ready the room. When we entered the room and check the washroom there was cigarette smell all over. It was really disgusting

Room telephone was not working, room plug socket were not functioning,, bathroom door ( glass ) was not moving closing a kind of jammed. After complaint also not got rectified. We have to call for bathroom supplies such as dental or shaving kit which is not a case of any other hotel i stayed till date.

Property amenities food every thing was good but only problem was drinking water was also charged separately. They should provide at least two bottles of drinking water for two people. There was only one small 500ml bottle in the room when we checked in rest they charged rs 63 p bottle. That was disappointing.
