They don't have full pledged restaurant and only one item alone supplied as complementary breakfast which is also very poor

There is no provision for drinking hot water and hotel staffs doesn't bothered about the same. Even we need to go 1km for taking hot water and coffee. In total it's a worst experience

Recently stayed here with my family for 3 days during my trip to thekkady, and i must say it was a fantastic experience. The hotel was located in a prime location and provided easy access to all the places i planned to visit. The rooms were spacious & comfortable. The quality of the bed and linens were excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff maintained it exceptionally well. The staff at the hotel were hospitable to ensure that all my needs were taken care of. They were friendly, courteous, and always available whenever i needed assistance. Overall, my stay was an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. Please note that there are two roads connected and you have to look for "sora" restaurant. Actually, google map will show the correct location but i missed it while looking for the name "enroute thekkady"

Washroom doesn't. Cleaned and staff's are disgusting talks there rules & regulations.

Location wise good, property is safe maintaining cleanliness. You will not get proper north indian food for lunch and dinner.

Hotel is located at main Road, so noise will come. Since this is new property so rooms were clean and good. Bathroom is not spacious. As I said good for the cost they are charging.

We wanted one room for 2 people but MMT gave us two rooms interconnected at very high prices. No tea, restaurant facility in hotel. It was waste of money.

There is no restaurant available and don't opt for breakfast complimentary it's horrible and they don't have proper staff to do the service. They are having three kids to do the service. Please think before you do book on this hotel. So that you don't regret later.

Location is not convenient for exploring different restaurants in Town. Food was not available in the hotel. Tv was not working during our stay. Hot water was available on request.
