The property has an excellent location. 5 mins from the beach. Beautiful property and very nice warm staff. Allowed us to check in early since we arrived early at the hotel. The rooms could have some improvements such as the bathrooms were not upto the mark, broken toilet seat. We had a pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with the added comfort of a bathtub. The food was just okay, not exceptional but manageable. The best part is the location – the beach is just about 100 meters away, which is very convenient. There’s also a small pool for kids, which makes it family-friendly. Overall, a nice place for a short getaway.

Not at all good service, reception members where arrogant, no room cleaning service provide for 2 days, stay, bathtub was not clean fungus was visible.

Nice location.Beach is just 600 MTRS..Less crowded.Food is awesome and icing on the cake is the behaviour of the staff. the rooms are also good but need some renovation. overall highly recomended

Water Was unavailable, Check in Time is very late, Having Problem in Service, Inside Bathroom Complete deteriorated, No cleaning hygiene on daily basis.

I booked deluxe room with bathtub for 2 days. The pool area was good, It had access to betalbatim beach. Food was excellent. Each and every food was delicious. Resort is well mainted and taken care of. Though inside of resort is old. They have put all effort to make it good from outside. Bathtub looked old also it had cracks in it but did had water seepage through cracks. The ceilings of washroom was old and needed paint work. Doors had old latch. The reason I'm giving 5 start review even though there were set backs . The food and hospitality was quite impressive.

I have booked the hotel for.while paying it was exceeded to I have been I haven't received the bifurcation of bill . I will never book any hotel in future

The location is near to beach and rooms are clean. But bathroom are old and need drastic maintenance. Food is a pain. Even you can get ill. Staff is incompetent.

Location is ok. Breakfast was a disappointment. Rooms were clean and good. Spacious bathrooms, but no soap holder which is strange. Also no bucket and cup. Overall an average experience. Not too good. Not too bad. Far cry from the coconut grove i gave stayed couple of years back when it was extremely good. Overall and average stay. Breakfast was a disappointment. The stay was nice. Bedroom is nice n cozy. Liked it. However bathroom surely needs a complete make over. After shower water doesn't seem to go soon. And breakfast is average not so great not so bad. But i think it's value for money. For the amount we paid, stay seems to be fine. Thanks overall it is a good experience.

Location - close to betalbatim beach. But you cannot travel there late evening. Food - overpriced for the quality and taste. Amenities & services- need to improve a lot room category not differentiated after you reach there, but while paying you will see deluxe with and without bathtub and superior deluxe room with bathtub, but there you may get only deluxe with shower or with bathtub at the merci of the manager.

Pros- coconut grove is a good property. The rooms are big size. Access to the beach is very close. A few mins walk. Cons- buffet breakfast is a mess. With less food and more people. The property and room need maintenance. Dinner is an issue as options are limited around the hotel. Hotel restraurant is a bar in the theme of bats and witches.

When we checked in our room around 4 pm called reception house keeping no one was picking phone. Had to walk to reception they said problematic intercom. But called restaurant from my room they picked up, ordered coffee, they said can't make tea coffee as there was no milk, can u imagine evening time hotel has no milk for coffee

This property was unhygienic and we had to walk out also got charged for one night. Pathetic experience

Though the property is a nice property but in the process of renovation, i felt the staff needs some formal training. To handle guests and take care of the property. Room service attendants had to be reminded and recalled to keep coffee and milk powder in the rooms. We were advised they had no coffee powder. Only after insisting we needed to have coffee in the rooms, did the milk powder miraculously appear after 9pm. Breakfast is mostly vegetarian and predominantly south indian. Only egg item available is masala omelette, which was the same for all the days of our stay. Location though walking distance from the beach is far from everything else. Difficult to get goa miles cabs here. Good if you have your own transport. However accessible by swiggy for last minute food orders. However the management needs to pay more attention to service and breakfast. Though the cook tried his best with what was available.

Property location is near to beach and it has also direct private access to beach. No much options in the breakfast, only 2 options was there like dosa and plain prantha. Pool is deep and not safe for childrens as it is having height of 5. 5 ft and there is no separate pool for childrens. The location is very isolated to other properties so if you want peace in your holidays you can go for it.

Room allotted to us was very shabby and badly maintained. Flies in the room. A kind of smell in the room. Very old shabby bathrooms. Tv set top box hang in on tv. Very poor state of maintanence
