Sunday Resort & Spa Manesar Gurugram

I don't understand how you can rate this hotel as 5 stars! I'd say a good 3 star or below par 4 star. Becuase of your rating we mistakenly booked this place and were very disappointed. It appears to be a party hotel wiht lot's of noise late into the night - this by itself is not an issue but making customers aware of this prior to booking is a key piece of information.

The stay was superb very nice location and food was awesome. The stay is in a quiet and serene place . All away from city noises.

Hospitality is very nice be it freshers in the staff & food quality & service upto mark. Property location is bit inside but it is worth going no problem in reaching

Had a great experience here, the staff is very good, specially Ambika did good job as she guided staff to decorate room for my wife birthday. Food is also very tasty. ambience is nice. Awesome stay

We had a good experience with very responsive service, good food spread. While they had initially told us check in would be delayed, we were happy to see them take our complaint seriously and provide us a room quickly. Room service and housekeeping was quite good.

The stay was excellent and full of amenities and service. staff was courteous and provided service.

Got the Checkin in room at 5:30 and no response at reception as well. With Less staff it seems to be not manageable over weekend

very bad, worst. rooms were not cleaned. swimming pool is risky, no lights around it. food was awfully expensive as per the property standard. bf was limited and jot good. food was bad. support staff was less and no manager on the floor. never ever go there

Overall experience was great . Nice property, properly cleaned. Food was good as well. The pool area was also peaceful with minimum disturbances. The staff was understanding and helping. The hotel respects the privacy and provides everything asked for.

I would appreciate it if you could consider the following feedback to improve your services. *Check-in Process:* Unfortunately, the check-in process took an excessively long time, with a wait of over 4 hours from 2 pm to 6 pm. This was a significant portion of my stay, and I hope you can look into streamlining your check-in process to minimize wait times for future guests. *Room Service:* The room service was slow to respond, and I had to wait for an extended period for my requests to be fulfilled. Additionally, there were no towels provided in the room, which was inconvenient. *Pool Facilities:* I also noticed that there was no towel service available near the swimming pool, which would have been a nice touch. *Request for Complimentary Stay:* Considering the issues I experienced during my stay, I would appreciate it if you could offer a complimentary stay on my next visit.
