*Hotel Stay Feedback*
Dear Sunday Hotel and resort Gurgaon ManagementTeam,
I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and while it was an average experience, there were some areas that fell short of expectations. I would appreciate it if you could consider the following feedback to improve your services.
*Check-in Process:* Unfortunately, the check-in process took an excessively long time, with a wait of over 4 hours from 2 pm to 6 pm. This was a significant portion of my stay, and I hope you can look into streamlining your check-in process to minimize wait times for future guests.
*Room Service:* The room service was slow to respond, and I had to wait for an extended period for my requests to be fulfilled. Additionally, there were no towels provided in the room, which was inconvenient.
*Pool Facilities:* I also noticed that there was no towel service available near the swimming pool, which would have been a nice touch.
*Request for Complimentary Stay:* Considering the issues I experienced during my stay, I would appreciate it if you could offer a complimentary stay on my next visit. I believe this would be a gesture of goodwill and a way to make up for the inconvenience I faced.
