Stay was very comfortable and food was great and special thanks to deepak tiwari he agree for early check in .

Everything is good but the hospitality and services are too much slow we were sitting there in Gazebo and we request for soup to serve there they bluntly denied and after that we were in room then we requested for drinking water , we called multiple times and thn we got bottles after 1 hour its a request to the hotel please improve your services

Terrible room — not worth even 1 rupee. I couldn’t sleep for a minute because the bed was full of fleas. The hotel staff were okay, but it seems like they don’t have any housekeeping at all.

Rooms were dusty and unclean with washrooms clogging. Food was okayish. Not enjoyable stay. Not ecommended at this price

Food was not good at all. Many of my friends who stayed along with me got their stomach upset post stay in this hotel. We had Dinner and Breakfast included which was not even Average but below standard.

Property infrastructure is very good but not well maintained. Room is stinking. Also breakfast is average. Staff doesn't look professional.

Stayed at Golden Tulip for a night. The experience was great! The hotel had a modern, cozy vibe. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and strong Wi-Fi. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety.

My recent stay at your hotel was highly disappointing. The welcome was unprofessional, and the room quality was below expectations. To make matters worse, the towel provided was not clean. The dining experience was unacceptable. Despite multiple reminders, staff delayed taking the order, and the overall service was extremely poor. Water was not served during dinner, and after dinner, neither finger bowls nor mouth fresheners were provided. Additionally, the lift was stuck, creating further inconvenience. Throughout the stay, the hotel staff appeared disengaged and more occupied with their own work rather than attending to guests. This level of service is unacceptable and far below the standards expected. Immediate corrective measures are required.

WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. We went there to celebrate a quiet 47th Wedding anniversary, which was a success. Staff was quite prompt and courteous. All our needs were attended by them to our full satisfaction .Swimming pool was quite nice. Only observation we had , metal steps to the pool waterbwere loose and in one, a step was missing. However we both were satisfied with the hotel.

I use to visit there every 3rd month Things were ok but poor service as I called 4 times to get a water bottle which I got after an half hour.very bad experience

I had a wonderful stay! The housekeeping staff was exceptionally prompt and efficient, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast spread was impressive, and they even customized dishes based on our preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience with excellent service throughout.

It was a great experience the house keeping staff was really quick at any service and it was a pleasant stay with them the breakfast range was good they took the request whatever we liked and prepared food that way.

Property is located under a society .. Its located near by market and all the basic amenities are available with in the hotel.

no cleanliness , property was stinking. food was also stale and poor quality , staff was not at all helpful. overall had a terrible stay. Highly NOT recommended. Rating as per my experience is NEGATIVE, doesn't even deserve a single star and I wonder how they call it a 4 star.
