Staff behavior is very sporting and good service clean room bathroom not bad not good near railway station good stay place

Service is not good and also room is not good condition and also they didnt provide me any washroom and shower

पहिले तो हमने जो बुक रूम बुक किया था वह मे दिया गया नही हमे बताया गया की हमारा जो रूम बुक हुआ है उसमे अभी भी लोगोने चेक आऊट किया नही है

Everything is good and comfortable stay it's near railway station food is good amenities is provided towel soap shampoo shower gel

I booked the hotel for two nights, was allotted room with shared bathroom. After reaching saw room without tv, unwashed pillow cover and bedsheets, i asked to change the room on which i was asked to pay rs 500 in cash for room no. 103 having attached bathroom reason for asking extra money was initially informed giving standard room which i already had. In room 103, found uncleaned, unwashed bedsheets and pillow, dirty with spider nets upwards, set top box without any subscription, sthoughbpillow cover were changed but bed sheet was changed only next day after repeated requests. Regarding giving 500 rs, despite of their repeated insistence, paid through upi. Will never ever suggest anyone to book in this hotel

Hotel located in medicine market and was on 2nd/3rd floor lift was there but was not working and i went by stairs in which i have crossed two toilets stairs are dirty because of toilets then room were very dirty bed sheet pillows washroom floor every thing was very dirty and i asked to clean the room and change the bedsheet and pillows-any times but the staff was least bothered even the basic requirements like water jug and glass towel soap nothing was in the room i asked many times but nothing happened i slept on a very dirty bedsheet and pillow because no option left the behavior of staff was very bad.

Poor ambience, poor room condition, poor ventilation don't recommend this on your site, don't create trouble for them

Property owner misbehave he took extra of my money. In night 10 pm. And this should not happen with anyone else. I was made to vacate the room at 5 am.

staff is friendly and stay is good everything is good

The room was dirty, bedseat was also dirty, blanket was dirty, no drinking water, bathroom was dirty, car was not parking, no room service of any kind, breakfast was not available, which was in my booking, it seemed that i was in dharamsal, not in hotel.

If you are single specially for boy. If you are single and you are searching for cheap hotel for a night you can stay. Nice in this price range

Very ugly sheets and pillow covers. A tv with out any cable connections. U please avoid this from your hotel lists so that people can not be cheated, unless this hotel changed their policy

Terrible stay. Not worth at all. Wash room was dirty. Taps were not working. No help was there

They charged and additional amount of rs. 550 for early check in and late check out. And there is no hot water in the bathroom and no hot water for drinking and no kettle was provided
