Raas Leela | Rooms in Luxury Cottages

Our cottage was good. Although there a bit of issue of hot water in mornings but that’s understandable because everyone is taking shower at the same time. Water was lukewarm. My sister had a room and the area you go to that room is a bit sketchy especially at night because the hotel workers are usually hanging out there because it is cold outside and they have red light inside. That is a major red flag so i would suggest them to change that to a bright white light. There was no safety concerns so overall our experience was pretty good and enjoyable and lot of families come here as well.

Property has amazing views and location is a vibe. However for the price i paid didn’t feel worth for that. Slightly overpriced. It is extremely inside of the city. Staff is helpful and food is also good.

Amazing location and equally homely and quality food supportive staff could just ensure a kettle with some dip tea/coffee bags, to improve services but one problem is with approach road, it's narrow, only auto can reach the property overall perfect for chilling and relaxing a day or 2 at udaipur with amazing lake view of lake pichola at reasonable price

New concept, tent like rooms just side the lake pichola, food was good but costly, complementary breakfast good specially poha

I was expecting it to be grand hotel. It has few rooms. Location is good. Don't consider it a hotel. If you don't expect anything then it will be better stay. What makes this place good is its view only. Better go for the leela palace adjacent to it. It's not worth the price.

Pleasant stay at most exiting view of lake pichhola. Room was specious and clean. Dining in the open space with background of lake pichola was a great experience. Access to property is only through auto as it is located in old city but auto is arranged by them if you need to park your vehicle at a distance on a parking space made available by them. Food is good. Overall a nice place to go and stay.

The view in this property is the bestttt. The place and very peaceful but romantic vibes in the evening. The staff is very generous and helpful. Do stay in this property for an awesome view.

I have checked in and within few hours i have checked out i request please ask property owner to add photos of entry towards cottage so proper judgment is taken whether to go or not

Firstly i want to talk about the location and view this stay offers it fits in budget and the view of taj lake palace in pichola lake is amazing. The staff at the heritage hotel were the epitome of warmth and hospitality.

It was the worst experience as bed was broken, spiders n wall lizards 🦎 were there, lot of abnormal smell, bed sheets with big oil patches, washroom was leaking . Waste fir big money spent. We will never recommend neither stay with raas leela.

The management is not flexible. We lost 19, 000 rs. To this hotel just because of a hospital emergency 1 day after the cancellation date. Even after providing a hospital admission certificate they weren't willing enough to be flexible with their cancellation rules. Not even a date change was permitted. We lost all our money for nothing. The management is purely greedy is what they have shown. Quiet disappointing, for such a rich hotel.

It was a good experience overall but for the transportation to and from the property. It was challenging getting an economical ride as only auto’s run from the property and they are not metered and the charges are as per their whims and fancy
