PVR Calangute Beach House

Actually we booked for pvr rooms calangute. But no service was there. Any way we got another room in another location. It was also terrible.

This hotel is very bad no use

Kaya bakwas hai jo hotel maine book kaya waha par room nhi diya mujhe kahi auro par lena pada.

The hotel that was booked is different that we get to stay in. There is no hotel is found in the name of pvr calangute beach house. The service was also very bad. The call that we receive was given wrong information and the person who take to the hotel was rude and behaves very badly.

Its about what you show and what we saw its totally different. We thought this is nice and cleaned room(kind of lavish)and have all facilities like retaurants, tv, wi-fi, refriedgerator but nothing there. Very poor that's it in one word.

And location is not good i'm searching this one hours you got it but room is good

Hotel is so bad, so dirty. There are no option for food.

We booked deluxe room and paid for deluxe room full amount for 6 members but room management telling that present there is no deluxe room at this time. They provided single room. I have decided to give single rating in-app to make my trip and hotel room. I'm not at all happy with PVR rooms team. Please don't prefer PVR rooms.

Stay was much prettier than as we thought. People's over there were much friendly with us. I extremely suggest all please visit this.

Worst hotel stays ever. Hard to locate the place. Terrible staff, front desk guys were worst and indifferent. We arrived at around 8.30 in the morning and there is no chance for early check in. That is alright and understandable. Though the hotel people said that the check-in time is at 11.00, we got the room by 12.30. Room was small, and cannot accommodate 6 people. Room was filled with dust. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and was also filled with dust. They have not even provided already mentioned amenities. We can't find any TV (interestingly cable wire was there), refrigerator was not working, it was dirty and rusty and mainly very dirty bathroom with broken bucket and one old small paint bucket (Asian Paints) as mug. They were charging almost a lot for two days and do not have basic amenities. Shower was not there, water flow was very poor. We cant even lock the bathroom door properly. Also, there is no power backup. We were asked to pay extra for checking out 30 minutes late. When asked about late check-in, we were told that, it is applicable only for check out. We have honestly never been anywhere and met such careless staffs.

Never book this hotel. Poor staff, poor service, they accommodate 6 people in single room which is suitable for only two. Lot of ego and start fighting. I complained to MMT still they deny to provide bigger room. Pathetic stay.

This hotel is good for nothing, very bad attitude of the people working there no housekeeping, no good washroom taps, and shower was broken, didn't get that room which we booked so small room, and we didn't expect this type of cheap service. Very disappointed.

An amazing stay very much Worth for the money we paid, a cooperative staff ready with their services. An overall amazing experience!

Just location problem nothing else.

Babu hotel staff was great in service and food was awesome

Rooms are not well lit, what you see in photo is different, broken taps in toilet, careless hotel operator.
