This is the best hotel to stay. In the heart of the city. Budget friendly and have all kitchen essentials. You don't feel you are away from home. Breakfast is the best! loved the stay

Everything was fine but why are they charging for parking? it’s a 5 star hotel right. Charging parking for the restaurant is fine but for the stay. It’s ridiculous

Located in prime location. Over all the stay was comfortable. Options for breakfast is very limited compared to other star hotels. Charging an extra amount of around 1000 rupees for car parking is something which is not there in any other hotels in bangalore.

Even though the pace is over priced, it stands as a home away from home. It would be good if you can change the food menu a bit more wider. Overall i have no complaints and every visit was enjoyable.

The air-conditioner was making so much noise that i was not able to sleep. I tried to turn it off but the controllers not working. I pulled out the key card to switch off the power and slept.

It was really clean and best to stay with. Kids excellent breakfast spread and to stay in the city centre

I used to chuck in oakwood most of the time with the view and the facility they give us. Superb room quality. But the only problm is the music system is still old.

Location terrific. Heart of the city and nestling within the ub city complex. It is a service apartment complex and the suites are comfortable. The food, led by the delightful executive chef rahul was excellent. They catered very thoughtfully to my special diet needs. They do quite a set of gluten free delights. The reason for not rating overall excellent but good was the lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It was part of the smoking section i believe but did not expect such a strong trace.

Hotel was good, the cherry on cake was the prime location. Hotel staff were very friendly and got good service

Excellent location right next to ub city. Very nice gym. Superb breakfast in soul city. Spacious rooms. Furniture is a bit dated. Wonderful stay overall will highly recommend.

The stay experience was great. The service, food, hygiene everything was so well maintained. This room even has kitchen and washing machine facility which is so amazing. This hotel is attached to a great luxurious mall with great nighlife around. Also is in close proximity to most tourist places.

Centrally located in ub city, close to business centers, shopping and parks. Amenities are good. Found us good.

I regularly prefer this place as to the honest level of honesty the maintain standards appreciate the way you are just remain and be available i am coming back soon

Good and extremely functional rooms for those looking to stay at a service apartment ! it is a luxurious service apartment. The food was good but there was an extremely limited number of breakfast items.

Very good stay had been there with friends. Staff is very friendly and help us a lot. It's at the center of ub city prime location. Hospitality is the best.

Very bad water leakage / smelling rooms untidy bed linen … was a mistake to Hav booked the place in fact it had feel of some low category lodge
