The stay was full oh hassles Amenities mentioned were not present In super deluxe room no provision of bath tubs was there which was mentioned wile booking Complimentary yoga session was denied on arrival which was again included while booking No arrangements of cutlery was there in the hotel Tea was served in polybags Overall a very bad experience

Rooms were ordinary, service was average. The bathroom had leakages in the sink and we didn't get towels on the first day even after asking! there was suppose to be some complimentary yoga class which no one took! The place is well situated though - just around 200m from auto stop

Toilet not functional, dirty rooms and pathetic service, please look for any other alternative otherwise you will regret for sure. Its not hotel or resort its old guesthouse badly maintained.

The place was a bit difficult to locate with Google Map. Receptionists are friendly. Room was good but the bedsheets weren't that clean. It's in a good area in Tapovan. Shopping street is nearby.

Make my trip never informed me about the cancellation of my stay until i followed up as google was showing unavailability. This is such a terrible and worst thing from your end. Next they gave me an option for a hostel. When i reached there it was not accessible via vehicle. I told them i am travel-ling with parents yet they offered me a stay which was at a steep alevation. As a tourist you can't expect me to know the location. You guys should suggest a feasible stay for your customers. I am planning to boycott your app and service for future use

We have booked 2 delux room. When i reached the hotel. Hotel owner denied for check in, they are saying rooms are not available. After lots of arguments we check in after 3-4hours. We got only one delux room. Ac were working for both rooms. There was no towel, handwash, flush were not working properly, curtains were dirty. Not provided any telephone extension no for any services.

This is just ok to stay for a night. It's not like 3 star accommodation at all. The bathrooms are very disappointing. Even there are no exhaust in bathrooms. Rooms are spacious even though the property is spacious but not maintained. Staff are good and polite. The food was yummy and upto mark.

Nothing as pic, very poor service no food availability, very poor service and arrangements never book.

IITs average stay hotel.. food averages . Not cleaned ………… may be you find good options.. not recommended

My stay at this hotel wasn't that good. The ac remote was not working and there wasn't any water coming in the bathroom in the night time.

The staff was very cooperative and the way they helped me in reaching the location was commendable. The ambience was very great.

How to avail this discount?

No water, tv not working and landline broken and the tea and coffe maker was not there and we had to wait 1 hr to have water in the bathroom pathetic experience. There was no pool as per the description. The hotel does not have any pool. Please check

Hotel at Tapovan with average rooms and cleanliness. Staffs availability was also an issue.

I reached there at 12.30 but they gave us keys at 1 pm.I called the owner and he said do not call me if you don't want to stay just leave .I was very polite and only asking for watter bottle. dirty floor and rooms. I have been there with my parents so I requested to provide us room in first or ground floor because my parents are 70 years old but they denied . no lift service .

Hotel is old. Bathroom is not good. The bathroom seating stand is broken. The location of the hotel is good. Haven't tried the food. The cleanliness of the hotel is not good. There is dampness in the room and bathroom.

The property is on the main road and is very easy to locate. The rooms are spacious also. But these are the only good things about it. There's no awesome view from the rooms. The worst aspect is the service. Picture this - i went there with my two elderly in laws and my wife and kid and they kept me waiting for 45 minutes after the check in time of 12 noon. After much argument they finally gv me my rooms but not before of giving two other rooms. Plus the tv wasn't working - they said subscription has ended. In my room, one of the drawer has wrappers. The worst was the restaurant. I had ordered lunch for my in laws and went out for sightseeing. After an hour i came back to see that they hv not bothered to even deliver- it was over 2. 30 pm by then. When confronted they finally said sorry.
