Good staying, for family is good for stay

The owner was very polite and humble. Kitchen access was there, so we cooked our food. The location provided by MakeMyTrip was perfect. We easily reached there. Overall 5/5 stars to the homestay.

No restaurant s near by the home stay

Excellent location. Excellent hospitality. Very good food. Excellent rooms. The outside of the house looks ordinary. However inside was all excellent can be compared to a four Star hotel. Looking forward for another stay in the home stay.

Came to know hotel has some water issue at the last minute and they arranged a alternate hotel which is far away. All my original plan got disturbed. Also I need to pay to auto to come to main place every time. Terrible experience will never recommend anyone to go to this home-stay.

It is like hotel room, everything was nice, owner was too good and even provide snacks and tea properly, location is very good everything is near the home-stay and it is economical. Hot water facilities 24 hour, nice painting and decorated wall.

Though family was very supportive but no room service provided and also faced trouble for basic facilities like water for bathrooms and you have to run for drinking water by yourself. Experience was not that good. Family was decent but have to struggle for basic facilities like water and you have to run by yourself for drinking water as well.

Centrally located. Caring and helpful owner. Owner and his family are excellent people and make you feel comfortable. Rooms are well light up and having the basic amenities. Suggestions 1 to have a proportionally bigger hoarding in front of the property will make it easy to locate. 2 to have a place for car parking General 1 pricing to me seems to be high as other decent hotels are available in almost the same lower rates. 2 the rooms are in the second floor. Aged people may find difficult to go up and down.
The rooms were comfortable. Owner is an excellent, helpful person. Have a good stay. Only issue is with the positioning of the rooms. They were at 2nd floor and for aged people it can be difficult at times to come down or go up.

The room is neat & clean. The service is best. Location near the bus stand.

It is near to the ticket counter and the ambience was very good. Also near to shopping center

It was a home away from home. The host Mr. Abdul made us feel very comfortable. The rooms were excellent and the morning breakfast with the host was nice. Almost all places are within walking distance. Hot water was available round the clock and the place was clean. On the whole the package was good value for money.

It is situated in the Middle of town, near Main Market place. Hotwater, Room Cleanliness, TV, Breakfast, and other service are very good. There are many restaurants nearby. But there is nothing worthy seeing in Thekaddy. Even Tiger Reserve trip on Boat is worthless except Boat Ride. You can't even see a wild Buffalo in there. This place can be skipped to save money and time.

I stayed with my family for one night. It's located in the main market and walkable distance to Boating Pick up point. Shopping and Restaurants are very nearby with lot of massage centres. Room was very clean and neat with adequate facilities. Complimentary soap, shampoo and moisturizer were available with hot water. Soft terry towels were provided. Mr. Abdul, owner was very kind and helpful. Value for money. Thank you MMT and Thekkady Homestay. Food is not available in the home stay but restaurants are very nearby.

The host ps Abdul Rahim and his family were very helpful and friendly. They provided a good complimentary breakfast. The room was very clean and tidy. We got 24 hours hot water and free WiFi facility. The location was very near to Periyar boating ticket counter mudra cultural center and many other shopping centres. There was a restaurant nearby. I highly recommend this Thekkady homestay for your trip and it is worth for your money.

Family room of 4 beds was super awesome. It was a fantastic stay. The owners were friendly. The ambience was good. The location is good near to Periyar wildlife boating station. It is location in between the main market. Kathakali and martial art show was nearby.
