familyWe booked this hotel as an overnight stay over as we reached siliguri at night and had to travel to darjeeling the next morning. There is no lift, and no phone in the room. So for anything you are supposed to go down stairs and upstairs. Rooms are too small in size. Bugs were roaming on the bed. Bathrooms are poorly maintained.

Hotel entry is good but as we enter inside the hotel it feels like we are entering the ghost house because due to the less lighting and the room is also small as per the amount.
