Very very bad management

Manager has no value of customers, very poor management, not a suggestable resort (not like a resort at all), food not good and very much costly (Rs. 450 per person for dinner), non cooperative staff, facilities are very poor, entertainment quality very poor

Rooms was okay. Clearness was okay. We have not got any welcome like it was mentioned in voucher like dhol, garland etc. Rate was on higher side may be as last week of year. Over an all we can say it was average property.

Good Stay but not Good Food

We stayed there during December 27-28. It was a good stay. Mr. Saddam is very cooperative. Problem was with food only which was very low quality. They served fryums and 3 pcs pakori in high tea which is ridiculous. My suggestion to them is to improve their food quality and also have card facility.

Very bad experience interms of hidden information and hidden charges. Food quality was not good at all. No hygiene in restaurant. No proper Hot water service. Location is also far away from main street. Only Tents found good.

Worst stay in this trip without water

I never ever recommend this resort to my friends or colleagues. This is the worst resort to book and use for safari. Not at all good for family. They serve the drinks(alcohol) and in very bad mannered. I don't ever go to this resort. Unnecessarily they charge more and the safari(Jeep and camel) on outside we get cheap. These resort guys charge 4 times the outside. No water at all.

Very good hotel.. Nice service.. Very good family hotel. Very good hotel... Clean hotel.. Nice local dance programme.. Nice staff... Nice food.. Nice safari in deserts.. Camel safari is also good. Owner saddam bhatti good. Staff so good helpful person.

The area called sam is too good... The safari in car and camel is also wonderful experience.. But the place we stay during Diwali time is horrible experience.. The services offered there were pathetic.. Don't go to safari nights resort if you are paying more than 1200 rs for swiss tent...

Room was good. Location was good. Staff was not so good. They only made fake promises. They only wanted to make money. They do not have value for comfort of guests ... I will not recommend this to others ..

It's a nice experience

It's a nice experience to stay on dunes having good behavior of staff adventurous jeep safari, camel riding, cultural events etc. Nice views of desert, really cool nights wonderful tent and having good trip.

Obviously location is isolated. Very inside from the main road. No signing boards were displayed for proper location. They were saying it was the 1st day hence very less visitor. Otherwise dinner and breakfast was good. Servicss are good. Tent condition AL

They didn't provide breakfast. Welcome Drinks. They're doing illegal Jeep safari with unprofessional Untrained Driver. Due to Driver we heavily injured and Hospitals. So I want to refund my whole amount. They take extra Rs 2500. We reach at 9. 30pm

Swizz tent with no fan or cooler Location is 40kms from Jaiselmer, hence very far and not advisable to travel after sunset. Stay was good, staff is warm and welcoming, we did not receive traditional welcoming as mentioned. Food was good. No electricity in morning. Desert safari is the best thing to do there

If you are looking for romance in desert then just opt this resort. The location is brilliant. They provide camel ride from the resort followed by cultural dance and music program. Evening supper, tika and alcholol on request too. Jeep safari and para sailing are few of the adventures you can choose.
