Clean & comfortable room, good staff good location. Overall good service. Only one issue .. If you want to early check in( 6:00 am) they not pick up phone & reception are also closed that time

Room was too small. Staff was not good. Hotel had no parking facility. Hotel location was not good. Room was too noisy. Bathroom was clean but too small. Not worth it in this price. Not preferable.

Horrible, worst room and hotel. Location was on road but small. Rooms were stinky, oh God, bed bugs in bed, they have bitten my small daughter and wife. No restaurant, food from outside. A shit experience. Want my money back. MMT assured, spare me the horror

Dirty rooms, no ventilation, not at all clean Very bad service and small bathrooms we can't even properly sit on the toilet. Would not suggest anyone to stay here. Overpriced and not at all worthy for the price

Pathetic experience if MMT is recommending this hotel as assured value than I would say nobody should book room from MMT .. We felt cheated and would never book any room from MMT in future. MMT should bear its brand image while assuring for hotels

We were told on our arrival that the hotel had communicated to MMT two days back to cancel all MMT bookings since their, geysers and other electrical appliances were not working following a storm. The Restaurant was closed. Towels were dirty. Rooms & toilets were so small that there was hardly any space to move. There was no bucket in the toilet. However, caretaker arranged for one on request.

This hotel was a good experience to stay in heart of Siliguri town, from where entire town is easily accessible. A good deal and value for money. Would like to stay again, if come to this town again.

Rooms are very small, TV without sound room no. 303, room no 306 tap is not working for water. WiFi is not working properly. Make my trip choose is not good for this hotel. Restaurant is closed.

Room was very neat and the service is also very good. And the best thing is that they won't give you the wrong idea or make any false promises. Value for the money also. Can recommend.

Hotel located in heart of city. Value of money. Neat and clean. In this low rental, it is not possible to available anywhere. The manager is very polite, all staff are well mannered. IStay is pleasant here

Not very good. You can find much better options at cheaper prices in OYO or goibibo. Makemytrip disappointed me. The rooms were very small. No sufficient power back up was thr in case of power failure. Expected a much better hotel from MMT.

Good hotel with clean rooms and located at a very good place in between the market area. The staff members were very co-operative and well behaved. I will suggest others to go for while travelling to Siliguri.

Apart from location nothing was impressive. Rooms are small in size no telephone in the room to contact anyone. After getting inside the room you have to jump into the bed. Nothing was VALUE+.

Hopeless hotel ... Please never say it as value for money .. I have ask the manager to come up to see the room condition but he is not willing to come ... No service at all ... Hotel is center of. City each and every thing is available. Rooms are small but not bad. Lift is avileable .. Staff and manager. Are coperative. Food is same what costly. But other hotel are near by. OK
