Maximum of the amenities displayed on makemytrip were missing. No geyser. No toiletries. Bathroom had window and the hand shower was broken.

Very bad behavior of the manager talked rubbish with filthy and abusive language. The manager and staffs were all severely drunk. They deliberately increased the room tariff to 2000 + tax for 1 day, when said i have prior booking he get abusive and asked me to cancel the booking through app. I said if you don't want me to stay here cancel it yourself, then he threatens me of throwing my things out and will beat me. Pathetic hotel and behaviour. I ask you to please r55. Please refund me my money as i haven't stayed in that hotel

Very Bad Experience

The hotel staff was very unprofessional, As soon we checked into the hotel, They started to tell us that you should book this hotel through offline mode. They charged us 600 ₹more also, There has been an issue of electricity throughout the stay, also, the bathroom was not clean.
