It was my family trip. It was a total value for money stays in all terms whether it is of security, location or facilities. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. The caretaker was good and helpful. Overall it was a wonderful stay for us. Must recommended to others.

Hotel not accessible by cab/auto/scooter, be ready to take your luggage on your own for 750 meters or wait for luggage men to escort you. No AC, view good of Marari Beach. Missing from a typical hotel TV, tissues, cleanliness, water, room services.

Very relaxing and pleaseunt stay

We came to Austin beach villa for 2 nights after the first day we decided to extend for 4 more nights because the location was perfect right on the beach quite and clean .. The room which is on the first floor was big and adequate with the lovely breeze balcony there was hot water there, s AC a fan and the host Austin and his wife yasmin were lovely people they went out of their way to help us with food and personal requirements basically it feels like home were comfortable very relaxing and definitely visit again
