The hotel was not as clean as it is in pictures and staff behaviour was not conducive. They rejected all my request whether it is for blanket change or water

The owner said that make my trip doesn't pay us if the customers has already payed the amount to them. He also said to checkout one day before because they had to give the room to those customers who are ready to pay more. It was really horrible experience.
