Hotel Vatsalya

The room was big, though it was old and not properly cleaned, bit our stay was good. The location is appropriate for site seeing and is close to many food joints. The staffs were helpful and suggested various option of transport and travel in the city.

Bathroom was very dirty. And do not accept payment other than cash.

Hotel stay was good, good staff, good service, value for money

Food wasn't available as per need, no good lighting, price for cloth wash was too much and wasn't shared before, also service was late. Also noise from other rooms was too high, and could be heard all the time.

Good stay 4 couple of days.

Room infrastructure is good. Rooms are clean but room facilities are not good like towels, Bath soap not available, tv is not working, intercom not working.

Hotel is very near to railway Station. This is the only positive point. Hotel is very average Hotel. This is ok only if you come to spend a night and that to with friends.

The washroom was very untidy. The manager of the hotel was very casual about complaints and the hotel flaunts restaurants who cook us absent all the time. No dinner, no breakfast. I would suggest do not waste your money here.

Service is good, location best, room best, but they are unable to provide the breakfast on time. They have not proper cook on their hotel. So they are unable to provide the breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want. I request to MMT. Please not book the room with along with breakfast for your customers.

I booked this hotel for Dad during his business trip. MMT shown the amount including breakfast but hotel refused of such service. I wish Hotel and MMT gets there deal clear before presenting here. Hotel was just fine. As it was closet to station so we booked

Awesome place to hangout with family. Located in the midst of the desert with camel ride, cultural events, sumptuous food and lovely hospitality. Loved the stay at desert springs !!! Will visit again

Average hotel very near to railway station, good service, very cooperative staff, but if you are looking for a breakfast buffet this is not a place for you. Don't book breakfast at the time of booking.

Good hotel and again I want to staying. Hotel is located in good location and near by railway station and bus stand of Udaipur. All facilities are good and staff are also friendly. Pick up facility also available.
