Hotel Om Residency

Rooms were dirty full of mosquito and bed sheet, pillow all were smelling like hell, no ventilation in room and bathroom, very bad experience never recommend any one.

Very very very bad. Beds and room are so dirty. Early in the morning there are no water so disturbed

First of all You have booked me in OHM's Residency instead of Mumbay Residency. Bad smell in the room and no ventilation at all for the room. Location was horrible. Break fast was very mean. No water in the room. For the rate at that location is not at all worth.

Very bad experience... Small room, smell in room, no window I thought it will be at great location but with no proper facilities. It was near a sewer with all bad smell. Next time I will definitely not going to book this hotel.

Nice rooms in this rate. Hotel staff was helpful. Rooms were clean and properly equipped. Food was little costly ... Rs. 90 for bread omlet in such hotel is not acceptable. Rest is all good ...

Very small room anf high price. I thought it will be at great location but with no proper facilities it was near a river with all bad smell ... Worst place until now ... Next time I will definitely nit going to book this hotel

Very poor location. My room window had a gutter river behind and bad smell with many mosquitoes. I paid full day payment but I just arrived before 3 hours of check-in time. No one gave me breakfast. No one gave me invoice of the extra charges. No one gave me pick up service.

There was no water in the room and the room was not even big enough to accommodate children leave alone a full grown adult. The bed was barely 5' long and I was told that I could take it or leave it. I can't believe that such a boarding house is listed as a hotel on a good website like yours. Very disappointed.

I will not go again to this hotel as it was very close to drainage. Also rooms were small and stinking very badly. Complimentary breakfast served was so bad and it was not fresh. In mid night, could make out that some bad activity going around the hotel.

Staff very good. Room size too small. Not worth for the amount paid. Conveyance facility was good.

Location is not good, they do not have their own kitchen. Not suggested at the quoted price very highly priced vis a vis quality. Pickup provided from local station only. Not good hotel to stay better option available near by. Please do not go by name. Not suggested.

Food and beverages were up to standards, but it was delayed sometimes. Taxi services were available but not punctual. Room was comfortable but the ventilation was poor. Hotel staff was good.
