Poor Stay

First of all, i knew i would round 4am in the morning i couldn't contact them. So negotiated with them at the airport with help of prepaid taxi desk to go to the hotel with paying for 8 hrs till my booking started 20 january but they charged full rate. The bathroom is in terrible state, couldn't have a proper shower, hot water not working.
