Terrible Stay

The hotel people were hostile. They refused to check in me. They even refuse to talk while we already paid to the app. This was a horrible experience at 10 pm in the night. We immediately lodge complaint on your helpline number and asked for refund. Hope this type of things will never happened as you are prestigious company and i am your costumer from a very long time.

When I went to stay they told me to pay by cash and I had to pay again. So, return me the money that paid. I already inform the customer executive.

This hotel refused the booking. He had no information regarding the booking. So at 1am mid-night we have to go to some other hotel. Please look in to the matter & arrange to refund our amount regards
