Good service and location nice.

The room needs extensive repairs. Leaking taps, no mirror in the washrooms, no upkeep or maintenance in the hotel at all, please do the needful and then take bookings!

Waste of money very poor hotel not a safe room room was not a clean no looking system in the room

We booked for rooms with four couple and children.

Worst experience of my life out of all hotel stays

Stayed for 1 night only but not hospitalized properly, even while check out used very poor language to the guest.

Minimum cleanliness with no proper service.

Nice room and clean area and nice garden

Not proper service and food not available no breakfast available.

Not advisable to family, no parking facility and they don't have restaurant.

I won't stay here in future, even if it is offered for free. I ended up at this hotel since there were no reviews and I got a good deal for it. Hence I am leaving a review so that others can make an informed choice. It is located out of the city and the area is not properly connected to the city. Hard to get an auto rickshaw to the city. Also the autos charge a lot to go to the hotel from anywhere in the city. We spent a lot of time and money on commuting. There is no restaurant in or around the hotel. The nearest restaurant is about 5 KM away. That too is a Non Veg restaurant. I was looking for a Veg restaurant, could not get one. Also there is no supermarket around. Had to travel about 7 KM to get basic things like diapers, fruits, medicines. The hotel owner tries to help by offering a ride on his car but it is not worth the trouble. The owner also said that he is working towards opening a restaurant in the hotel. The hotel is not adequately staffed. You have to wait for a long time for basic things like some hot drinking water. Also it is not maintained well. Many of furniture (bed, glass tables) and glass windows are broken. Basic things like TV, intercom, exhaust fan in the bathroom etc don't work. Hot water geyser was not effective. One night there was no water in the hotel for about 4 hours. Not worth all the trouble when you are on a holiday trip.

Non maintained rooms. Tabs leaked. Water very salty even for Bath. Dusty chairs. Cost should be less than what has been charged. So reduce the cost.

This should not be called hotel yet as it's more of a guest house. Have seen most of the guest houses better than this and nothing is there which makes you feel that you are in Jodhpur.

It is nice place to stay with family. The service facility. Event though the place is outskirts it is amazing to stay. The staff is very courteous and friendly. Please keepup the cleanliness. Please do open restaurant and swimming pool

If you take luxury room than you will be like it very much. It is an old style and beautiful rooms. Rooms are park facing. If we take another hotel then you will be not have option to park facing rooms. They have good staff. But not good service. They have not breakfast, lunch and dinner facility. If you want mineral water then they will buy it from another shop and give you. This is problem that I facing but overall good stay.

Very nice room. Location is also very good and facility availability and very best property to stay mini vacation also we can get feelings of royal stay here also can get room like a tant which ordinary feelings to enjoy
