The room' and bathroom were clean but few items were defective like the Bed plug charger was detected. Sometimes bathroom showers Tap was removed from connection and it came to my hand. Breakfast 🥞 included but very normal and also late served the breakfast.

First of all the receipts are not so professional and there was no hotel kit provided like comb,brush, shaving kit etc. The room service is very limited and quality is not up to the mark. They provide complimentary breakfast only one menu. Overall the experience is not good.

The hotel was in the heart of the city in pan bazaar, hotel was clean and well furnished, staffs were well behaved

Everything is excellent, like near of paltan bazar, railway station, cave booking etc. Etc. Also, rooms designs, net and clean of bed rooms, bathroom and good behavior of all hotels staff.

Ac was not working tv was not working the behave of the boy who took me to room and resolve the issue of tv and ac ( after half an hour of entry) was very bad. Had to stay for almost half an hour in a room without ac in a hot and humid day at guwahati. Terrible experience. I never thought hotel under makemytrip are so poor.

Terrible i lost my money purse while checking out. While checking out i give my belongings to check out but the guy who took my luggage for check out took my money purse. In jps international hotel

The room was not so clean, the bathroom shower dirverter was damaged. But they claim we did that, they misbehave with us and they told we broke that and forced us for pay for damage shower dirverter. Staff was good but management was very poor.

Staff service is not good and also the food quality is not well

It was good stay, staff was cooperative. They have given me best of room available. Breakfast has limited option. But i would like to add one thing there was party going on upstairs and they making so much of noise. Even in room if you speak on ph anybody can listen from outside. So privacy issue was there. Location is good. Over all its good atay

2 days' stay was good, I'll like to point on two 1. Bathroom locks require maintenance 2. timely cleaning of room and close windows before customer chekin as me and my family suffered by mosquitoes in room. hotel provides us Mosquito Repellent Liquid and machin though.

Poor service.

It was a nice and clean hotel. We had forgotten to take our i'd card to visit maa kamakhya mandir. On calling the manager he immediately send the photocopies of the same. Food is also good.

Stay was nice. Excellent service. Food served was hygienic and tasty.
New property. Neat and clean. But no special safety measures for covid noticed.
