Worst staff I have ever came across

Room service was terrible. I think the staff is yet to understand the meaning of hospitality and courteous behavior. And the worst part was that the manager was commenting about the rate at which I might have got the rooms through MakeMyTrip at the time of check in.
Room was OK but room service and behavior of staff was terrible. I would suggest that don't eat at the hotel. Even an order for tea was taking more than 90 minutes.

Room was clean and good. Location was also good. Lagged in facilities as geyser and television from some rooms were not working but the geyser related issues was resolved immediately. Service was prompt.

Its Rust hotel in my whole life experience. I will suggest never go for this hotel no good service no good facilities, location is too far from market, hotel staff behave is also not good at all, over all bad experience

We visited Gangtok first time & we are very much worried about my hotel but at last I remember makemytrip to book my hotel. It is very nice, pictures shown in MMT are same as original view of hotel. I just thanks to MMT for providing a nice & comfortable service.
