On reaching the hotel, we were straight away told that there is no booking in our name without checking. Room was ok. Basic amenities like hand soap and bath soap was of lowest quality. There was no other basic items like body wash, shampoo and dental kit. Dental kit was charged separately on us. Wifi connection was not there as promised. Cloth press and hair dryer was also not available. There was no help for carrying luggage. Room was ok but eyes were hurting in the evening due to presence of some unknown matter in the air.
