We really enjoyed our stay! The staff is extremely well-trained, courteous, and attentive. The buffet spread was lavish with plenty of variety, and the spacious seating area add on to it the cleanliness of the room as well as lobby area is upto the mark room has all basic amenities, all this made the experience even more comfortable. Though our visit was short and primarily for medical reasons, we would love to return for a longer, more relaxed stay. Kudos to Team Bawa for making our visit pleasant and memorable!

I stay here because it's close to my office but I found that certain things were not in order during my stay this time. Hair dryer was available but wasn't working. Tea-coffee satchets were there in the room but cups and electric kettle were not available. Cupboard was not clean but dusty. Fan and AC both made a lot of mechanical noise. Billing procedure was not apt. Had to make multiple calls to get a food bill. Breakfast menu was satisfactory.
