The room was neat and clean, but bedsheets were. changed only after informing the owner. There was hot water 24/7. The property is safely located within 2 kms from Madikeri bus stand. There's no restaurant, but you can order food from outside. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 days and its a nice place. I would suggest to book the private balcony room which has a nice view. For 2 days itenary we contacted the owner to arrange vehicles for sightseeing and we got a good deal. They are very helpful.

We had a great 2-day stay at holidayincoorg royal mansion. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was well connected to the ksrtc bus stand, market, raja seat, fort, omkareshwar temple and museum. It is at the end of the hill near dechoor colony and may be a bit steep to climb for aged persons. Otherwise, it's a peaceful locality. The view from first floor balcony was excellent. Highly recommend this homestay for a peaceful getaway!

It is in the top of stuart hill and has the best view. But the room shown in the website did not match the the expectations. And room service was given without letting us know.

No view from here in breakfast we were given set dosa chutney tea and kurma in the name of services the caretaker kept on pestering on checking out at 10 am sharp and with two small kids it was difficult to leave exactly at 10 am. He said you have to check out at 10 means 10. That was kinda rude.
