familyOverall, it was a completely frustrating experience.
Right from the booking confirmation, it was a nightmare. On calling the hotel to ask about early check in, the personnel said that the booking does not exist and they are no longer associated with makemytrip! there was a confirmation sms however from makemytrip and the hotel. After a number of phone calls, one of them confirmed the booking. It was utterly confusing and frustrating. After the horrible stay in the cramped room, we checked out the soonest we could. Waste of money. Overall, a painful experience during a very stressful moment in life!

The location of the property was good and peaceful. The Room was comfortable and relaxing with all the amenities. The location was easily accessible. They should have to provide Room service that was the only drawback.

The property was located between the hospitals as most of the medical tourists travel here. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. All modern amenities were available in the rooms. The place was great for medical tourists and who was staying with the patients.

Location mentioned on MMT site for his hotel is false. It is about 5 kms from Chennai Central station. People speak only in Tamil and don't speak a word of English. No rooms are clean, no internet, no fresh towels or bed sheets are available in rooms.
