Worst Experience..The person is very rude and didn't have any manners to talk to the customers.They have two properties..While booking they show you one property and while check in they will give the other one.Don't trust them and fall in their trap.

You had visited our premises about a month ago and viewed one of our apartments located in Sector 70, which is not listed on MakeMyTrip (MMT). At the time, you chose not to book due to the tariff. Nearly three weeks later, you made an online reservation through MMT for a different property we have listed there, which is clearly shown with its respective images and description. At the time of your call, we clearly informed you that the apartment booked online was not the same one you had seen earlier. Despite this, we ensured you were provided with the exact apartment that matched the MMT listing and its photographs. We have not received any complaints from you during or after your stay regarding the facilities or services provided. We take pride in offering all our guests exactly what is promised on our official platforms and booking vouchers. Terrible Stay

I have booked the room from MMT and paid full amount but the owner asked to deposit Rs. 900 extra otherwise owner told me to shift in another property. I paid the amount as I didn't want any trouble. Owner behaviour was also rude. As I already asked him that MMT showing only 1300 although he asked 1800+GST, but when I reached there to see the property 1st. After reaching at property, i have seen the room and it was ok and I have booked the room for 2 days through MMT and paid full amount. I told the owner that I have booked the room and send him the booking details on his WhatsApp. Then he told me that I have booked without balcony and I have to shift to another property otherwise I have to give Rs. 900. I was totally tired due to hot weather and long journey therefore I gave the Extra Rs. 900 to the owner by UPI as I didn't want any trouble anymore. They have charged extra Rs. 150 for using kitchen in the 2nd day morning.

We always try our best to explain this to guests prior to check-in to avoid any confusion. Regarding the additional charges, they were only applied after informing you in advance and based on the upgrade and extra services used (like kitchen usage). We regret if the communication felt abrupt or if our staff came across as rude—that is certainly not the experience we wish to provide any of our guests. Kitchen was very dirty. Dishes were left unwashed in the sink till the maid comes the next day. We had to wash the dishes and utensils we used because they were not washed well enough. Breakfast and morning tea was served after 9 am, which is very late.

As there is a camera in lobby and 1 room occupy by owner so, there is no privacy, so please don’t book this, its waste of money

Dear Ayush, Since it is a homestay, the concept itself says that the owner of the property should be there on-site to help guests with their needs. We have installed CCTV in the lobby for guest security & movement to avoid any conflict at the property. Also, upon your arrival, we told you not to smoke inside the apartment but you kept on smoking which is a clear violation of our homestay policy. We do not allow parties at our place too. We assure everyone that our property is very neat and clean and we do provide homely comfort to all our guests.

Very calm and peaceful stay. One thing to keep in mind that this is a homestay and not a hotel. So, not to expect all the facilities of a hotel. Rather should enjoy the benefits of a homestay, like ordering food from zomato/swiggy, enjoying absolute freedom etc.

Scolded and warned by the hotel owner

We booked our hotel at 12:30 and after 10 minutes the owner called us to take back our booking as his hotel was full. He was trying to convince me to tell mm t that i have chosen wrong hotel instead of accepting his mistake and he also scolded me by saying (apke baski ho toh nikalwalo mm t se paise. I have not seen such bad gesture from any hotel like this.

Mr. Himanshu was extremely rude and drunk when he reached our homestay. He also misbehaved with our staff late at night at around 1:30 am. We denied the check-in after seeing his behavior. We have asked him to contact mm t for the refund which he refused to do and started threatening my staff about his contact in court/judiciary. He did not follow any rules and regulations of the homestay. A full refund via mm t has been offered to him at the end.

My experience was very terrible for gilmore stays. It was not hotel it is only pg. Ordinary room lot of person was there in one room. I don’t know how i describe. I was there only 5 mint after that i walked out from there. There was no one at reception. I am saying again gilmore stays is pg not a hotel. It is credibility for make my trip. My all money was wasted i was there only for 5 mint. I was very upset when i saw room

Mr. Mukesh did not stay with us and left the house after 5 mins as he was totally unaware of the concept of homestay. He thought that the entire 4bhk apartment belongs to him at the cost of 1 room. Gilmore stays is not a pg. Rooms are fully equipped as per homestay standards. He also booked the smallest room after checking the cheapest price on mmt. Kindly ignore his review because he didn't stay with us and neither availed the comfort at gilmore stays. Full refund has been offered to him.
