Fort Residency Serviced Apartments

Hotel is conveniently located near the railway Station. The building is under renovation but tidiness is maintained. Rooms are spacious although there was no ceiling fan in the non ac room. Had to make do with wall mounted small fans.

Not good. Room was not clean. Not even a hanger/rod or hook to keep used cloths. The lift was smelling stringy. No mosquito repellent provided.

No room service.

Good room and furnishings. Smell of wooden furnishings as it is new. Using room with ac is good presently. Restaurants is just opposite to this hotel. No staff for room delivery including bed coffee. No bucket and cup in some rooms i used. Ventilated well. Room was not cleaned when given to us. There were spider nets in the floor level. Overall 6 out of 10.
Very good room enough space. The only negative is no bucket and cup in the room. As the room is newly furnished. There is smell of wooden furnishings. Presently not good for allergic persons. If use ac no problem. Room rate is cheap for non AC rooms.

There is no hot water available. Tea coffee maker is. Provided but no electric socket provided to connect .. Intercom not working. Spacious and clean. Interior well arranged. No breakfast provided. Comparatively costly.
