I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent booking experience. My original reservation was for a Fab Hotel near the airport, but I was informed about an “electricity issue” and was shifted to another property at the last minute. Unfortunately, the new hotel’s condition was very poor — the bed was uncomfortable, the water quality was substandard (only a local bottle was provided), and overall hygiene and amenities were below expectation. Moreover, my booking included breakfast, but the property manager informed me that they had no information about it. This experience has been very disappointing and far below the quality promised by Fab Hotels. I request you to kindly look into this matter and arrange an appropriate resolution — either a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused.

very dirty and poor hotel rooms are nothing like the photos . the bedsheet is dirty and smelly toilet is not cleaned at all . I changed the hotel in 10 mins of check in very poor
