Da Casa Business Hotel

Last 2 yr from m use MMT booking but never bad experience but specially this hotel stay was horrible ... No cleaning .. Room. Bed bathrooms dirty. Last of last option m suggest. No word to explain .. Hope hotel owner improve service asap

Room was noisy, due to traffic on the abutting road. They have friendly staff. Served warm breakfast promptly upon request. Hotel management should ensure that toilet is kept clean & tidy, WC seat was broken, and tap leaked.

I recently visited the hotel. It is not in a prime area but it is near railway station. I faced little difficulty in finding the hotel in google maps as it was my first time in Pune. It is good for solo travellers mostly. Cost efficient, good food, friendly staff, neat, clean room and bathroom. There was no Wi Fi so that was disappointing. So overall experience was good. It's value for money.

Hotel is not located in the prime area. No Wi-Fi connection at all. Wash rooms are not clean and the staff is really arrogant and not respectful. No proper service but 24 hours hot and cool water.

Hotel Da Casa business hotel situated near to railway station which is more important for a traveller. Room was good but washroom should be big in size. Other required facilities are available with good cooperative staff and room services. Advised to revise the rates..

Good hotel location with best service and will plan next time, only the thing is that they have make room clean properly balance are good. The most good things about the service they given to us. Thanks

Room condition and Services are not so good compare to the tariff. On the same tariff good quality hotels are available in Pune. There was no water in night in Room. I needed to ask for complimentary breakfast. I needed to purchase a bottle of drinking water.
