coupleWe have reached there at 2pm, but still they refused for check in, and their check in time is 5:30 pm. No mirrors at anywhere and washrooms not clean

Dear Guest check-in time problem is from mmt .if they don't update what hotel we do . And you book camping Tent so the bathroom will sharing only another guest will also go .

There was no tent given all money wasted because of you guys don't have proper information. Simply fooling people who trust you. Don't want to use this service again as my complete money wasted by guys.

Dear Guest As per feedback we like the clear you every thing . Your booking is for camping tent and you came with your family. And you said we don't want camping tent in this hotel can't do any thing .then you stayed on different hotel . And evening you came and used all facility which is not in your package like 1.campfire 2. DJ 3 .Riverbath For all this facility any other guest was there we have charged for campfire and DJ hourly basic charges is there per hour 5000 and used this facility without any paying for 2 days .
