Worst room too small no one comes to clean room

I had q very bad experience in this hotel. The rooms are no cllean. And the rooms are not same as shown in the photos

The location, the rooms, the staff, cleanliness everything are very good. But few things need a little bit more attention. I. E. The split ac inner unit is making noice due to lack of maintenance. The inner parts to be dusted and cleaned. Some kind of wet cloth drying to be arranged in the room. Electric switches need attention. Some switches giving trouble. Night lamp to be installed. Sounds from adjacent rooms can be heard to be taken care of. Sufficient quantity of drinking water supply in the room to be maintained. (they provided only one bottle of water for two persons which may not be sufficient sometimes. Demanding caution money at the time of check-in should be avoided. It could have been taken at the time of booking itself. I am submitting my opinion truthfully because i really care about the good service of both mmt as well as the hotel balu lodging are rendering to the customers. I want both of your business should be grown high and be survived in the present market for serving future customers comfortably & transperently.
