Everything was perfect bang a few hiccups in AyurVAID Kalmatia orientation because this is unlike a traditional AyurVAID Kalmatia and has a few hidden gems which require orientation. No non veg food but your hardly miss it. The vegetarian cuisine has a complete range that tastes like home cooked meals. One can order ones wishes and the chef tries to accommodate No wifi, no intercom which is perfect to de-stress. Staff is extra courteous. Massage sessions are good. Minor improvement already suggested to AyurVAID Kalmatia staff, need no mention here, barring a regular yoga session, that should be added.

Located in the pure air of Himalaya, the staff is keen to help and serve. Food is healthy but only vegetarian. Chef is ready to cook your choice of food. The treatment is good. For best results, long stay is best.
