Location is very good, food quality good, need arrange for power back up

This place is located inside the sanctuary, hence it's really serene and beautiful. The people are hospitable and food is really delicious. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the view from the property is really worth it!

overall an average experience. the location is definitely good as it's inside the wildlife Sanctuary. so if you are looking to doing nothing but breathe some fresh air, watch trees, birds and forest quietly, go for jungle trails, this is a good place but don't expect any exceptional hospitality at the stay. I wasn't even given an in room dining option. some basic amenities which even low budget hotels provide like shampoo was also not given. some of the staff were very warm while others seem disinterested in hospitality maybe because of low footfall.

Classy experience !! Cute little cottage which has all basic facilities. The stay in serene and peaceful. They have an amazing cafe in house and cook Manoj da deserves a special mention. What a fun loving manager Kishor bhai. .

The room was very good and well maintained. The staff was very well behaved. The dining place was very clean and hygienic and our overall experience was very ****** case of amenities, it would have been better if there was a dressing mirror inside the room and better lighting of the room

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and the hosting team, two talented young musicians, enhanced the experience with a delightful evening of guitar and vocals.

Best hospitality, food and view

We liked the place but it would be great if they provide running hot water and assured electricity. The merits of the facility go up if the staff is hospitable and forthcoming. This was lacking there

Location excellent view point comfortable stay tasty food. 6. 5 km inside binsar wildlife sanctuary. Quite and cosy stay option rooms are big and with all the facilities. Only problem 1. Road conditions to reach bad - 2x2 drive might cause some issues 2. You need to go outside for hot water

A quiet, serene, within nature reserve with superb views of nanda devi from its rooftop, makes it a worthwhile stay for atleast 2 days. Nearby treks and nature walk are a great add-on

The food was really nice, the location was so serene and very beautiful

We were very happy with the clean rooms. The cafe upstairs is tastefully done and you could spend hours there after ling hikes. There are several hikes from points adjoining the cafe. There is an open field/meadow like clearing across the road that attracts birds. They have driver rooms for drivers of guests who stay at the nearby upmarket resorts. It makes for interesting conversations if you wish. The food was very good as we had special requests for our children. It was beyond our expectations. The place has all necessary amenities, including wifi in a remote place. Thank you to kishore and everyone else who run the place.

This place is perfectly located at the base of the best birding trails and with a brilliant view of the valley below. The simba cafe location is ideal for colder days also as you get sun inside and on the grant terrace. There is an old shiva temple just across the approach road. Rooms also have undisputed view of the valley. Overall the place is strategically located, very clean and great value for money.

Great location, peaceful stay, magnificent view, excellent foods inside the binsar wild life sanctuary. Explore the local trails and enjoy bird watching folloing the trail to zero point. I enjoyed a lot, for from the madding crowd.

The view is amazing but that is where the goodness about the property ends. Everything else is substandard. Rooms are filled with bugs, beds are low quality. The room feels like you are in a 1-star hotel with no facility for hot water. They will fill a bucket of hot water (which is not hot) and give for bathing. No toothpaste available (forget about the dental kit). We paid for a room which was worth one-seventh the price. One of the staff members was polite, courteous, and helpful but that didn’t compensate for the lack of facilities. The manager was not of great help. His standard response to everything was “no”. Overall a bummer of an experience. Liked the view though. But other hotels nearby might be better (we didn’t check but heard they were fully packed).
