Alaya Stays 2 BHK with Mountain view - Amara Twilight

We stayed at the 2 BHK villa for two nights and had an overall pleasant experience, but with a couple of issues. The villa's location, check-in process, and the beautiful exteriors and interiors were all impressive. The in-house kitchen exceeded our expectations, serving delicious food that truly enhanced our stay. The housekeeping team did a commendable job, and special thanks go to Mandendra Singh Bisht for his efforts. A big shoutout to Ravi Raj, our caretaker, who provided exceptional support and stayed in regular contact to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. However, I would like to mention two areas that could be improved: 1. One of the two bathrooms had a persistent odor noticeable upon entering the room. Housekeeping attempted to address it with cleaning and air fresheners, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue. 2. The RO water purifier in the kitchen was not functioning, and we were not informed beforehand. The remaining water in it tasted stale, which led to everyone inadvertently drinking a glass. While the staff initially denied the issue, they later provided fresh water in jugs for the rest of our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the villa and appreciate the attentive staff. With a few adjustments, this property could offer an even better experience for future guests.

The stay was quite comfortable. Clean rooms and washrooms. Every villa had a staff member for any queries. Also, there was a personal chef for all the visitors cooking amazing food. The hostess - sapna managed everything very well and also directed us in reaching the property. Must visit for a few days and recommended to stay in the property for a few days along with family or friends. The place has a serene view.

Wonderful hospitality, nice and clean rooms, was served by property. Supervisor – Sapna – incredible human being, helped us throughout. I would really recommend this property and overall experience to anyone who is looking forward for a luxurious stay around Nainital.

Over experience was very good. We had a comfortable stay as a family. The attenders were very friendly and the hospitality was top notch. Food was very good and aptly made for kids. The caretaker Pankaj was very congenial.
